This savory Tex-Mex seasoning blend combines ancho chili, chipotle, cumin, garlic, onion, paprika, herbs, brown sugar, coffee, and Himalayan pink salt for a warm, flavorful rub that works beautifully on steaks, burgers, tacos, fajitas, chicken, pork, ribs, and more.

It has plenty of southwest flavor with a little spicy goodness, but it is not as hot as Southwest Sidewinder. Use it before cooking as a dry rub, sprinkle it over finished dishes, or mix it into marinades, ground beef, chili, and grilled vegetables for a smoky southwest boost.

How to Use
 
Sprinkle generously over meat before cooking. For steak, burgers, chicken, pork, ribs, tacos, or fajitas, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.

Let it rest for 1–2 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. Grill, smoke, pan-sear, bake, or air fry, then finish with a light extra sprinkle before serving.
