How to Use
Sprinkle moderately over fish, chicken, turkey, seafood, vegetables, or eggs before or after cooking. For fish or poultry, use about 1 tablespoon per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
Let it rest for 1–2 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. After cooking, add a light extra sprinkle to brighten the dish with more lemon-pepper flavor.
