How to Use
Sprinkle generously over meat before cooking. For steak, burgers, ribs, chicken, pork, tacos, or fajitas, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
Let it rest for 1–2 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. Grill, smoke, pan-sear, bake, or air fry, then finish with a light extra sprinkle if you want more heat.
