How to Use
Sprinkle generously over meat or potatoes before cooking. For steak, burgers, roasts, or other red meat, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
Let it rest for 1–2 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. Grill, pan-sear, bake, smoke, or air fry, then finish with a light extra sprinkle before serving.
For potatoes, toss with oil and seasoning before roasting, air frying, or grilling.
