How to Use
Sprinkle generously over meat before cooking. For chicken, pork, ribs, burgers, steak, or smoked meats, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
Let it rest for 1–12 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. For bigger cuts or smoked meats, let it sit longer if time allows. Grill, smoke, bake, or air fry, then finish with a light extra sprinkle before serving.
