How to Use
Sprinkle generously over meat or vegetables before cooking. For steak, chicken, pork, or shrimp, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
For deeper flavor, let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or longer if time allows. Grill, pan-sear, bake, or air fry, then finish with a light extra sprinkle before serving.
