How to Use
 
Sprinkle generously over chicken, fish, rice, vegetables, or fruit before or after cooking. For chicken or fish, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.

Let it rest for 1–2 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. For a sweet-savory twist, sprinkle lightly over roasted vegetables, apples, fruit dishes, or desserts.
