How to Use
For burgers, mix Wild West Steakburger directly into ground beef before forming patties. Add an extra sprinkle while cooking for a bigger smoky flavor boost.
For steak, chicken, fajitas, or vegetables, sprinkle generously before cooking. For meat, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
Let it rest for 1–2 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. Grill, pan-sear, bake, smoke, or air fry, then finish with a light extra sprinkle before serving.
