How to Use
Sprinkle generously over chicken, fish, seafood, or poultry before cooking. For meat or fish, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
For fried chicken or fish, mix about ¼ cup Chick N Fish seasoning with 2 cups of flour. Dip chicken or fish into a milk-and-egg mixture, coat with seasoned flour, then bake, fry, or air fry until golden and cooked through.
