How to Use
Sprinkle generously over meat, seafood, rice, or vegetables before or after cooking. For chicken, pork, steak, ribs, fish, or shrimp, use about 1–2 tablespoons per pound, then lightly coat with olive oil or avocado oil to help the seasoning blend into the surface.
Let it rest for 1–2 hours before cooking for deeper flavor. While cooking or just before serving, add a light extra sprinkle to brighten the dish with citrus-chili flavor.
